We collaborate closely with our global network of recruitment specialists in all 5 continents. We list your job posting, review job seekers' resumes and prepare the preliminary shortlist. Then we conduct our own comprehensive screening, interviews, verification and reference checks for every single job seeker in the preliminary shortlist to achieve a 100% suitability of job seekers for your jobs. Finally, we will provide you with a final shortlist to conduct your own checks and interviews.
Once the candidates are selected, our specialized legal team will initiate the work visa application process for your future workers. To increase the speed of process and to reduce the cost, our legal team may advise employers to hire from certain regions based on current immigration laws and international treaties.
